This FREE Drop Off Chipper Event is happening this month on February 22nd in Newbury Park! This event is being held at Peppertree Playfield Park from 8-4PM and is open to any Newbury park resident. Reservations are encouraged and appreciated but not required. Please know this is a great opportunity to lower wildfire risk by taking the time to clear any hazardous vegetation from our properties! Make sure to do the vegetation work ahead of time and then bring it to the park to be chipped and hauled away.

Our Chipper Program provides chipping services for neighborhoods and individual homeowners in Ventura County free of charge. These vegetation management programs reduce the flammable fuel load and increase weed abatement activities in communities that border the wildland-urban interface threat zones.
