Chipper Event (Curbside) – Serving the City of Fillmore

ENGLISH – Lower your wildfire risk by reducing overgrown vegetation on your property! The Ventura Regional Fire Safe Council is hosting a Curbside Chipper Event for any residents within the city of Fillmore on June 28th! Each resident that REGISTERS will do their own yard work and set all their ready-to-chip vegetation into a neatly formed stack at the end of their driveway by June 27th. On the days of the event, a crew will drive by with a chipper and chip their vegetation and either haul the chips away or keep them on site, to be determined at registration. SPANISH – ¡Reduzca el riesgo de incendios forestales reduciendo la vegetación excesiva en su propiedad! ¡El Consejo Regional de Seguridad contra Incendios de Ventura está organizando un evento de astilladora en la acera para todos los residentes de la ciudad de Fillmore el día 28 de junio! Cada residente que se REGISTRE hará su propio trabajo en el jardín y colocará toda su vegetación lista para triturar en una pila cuidadosamente formada al final de su camino de entrada antes del 27 de junio. Los días del evento, un equipo pasará con una trituradora, triturará su vegetación y la transportará. Guarde las fichas o guárdelas en el sitio, lo que se determinará al registrarse.
